工作職責：

As a Senior Naval Architect, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and execution of marine transportation projects. Your expertise will ensure the structural integrity, stability, and safety of vessels, cargo while optimizing operational efficiency. You will lead/mentor junior engineers, and act as technical contact for clients and stakeholders.

工作內容：

• Conduct hydrostatic and hydrodynamic analyses for marine operations.

• Develop transportation plans for heavy modules, offshore structures, and subsea equipment, ensuring compliance with stability criteria (e.g., intact/damaged stability, GM margins).

• Optimize ballasting procedures and deck loading for heavy-lift vessels (HLVs) during loadout, transportation and discharge phases.

• Develop seafastening systems, grillage, and load distribution solutions.

• Perform mooring analysis, towage simulations, and motion response studies.

• Monitor/Review/instruct junior’s work.

• Collaborate with client/MWS to ensure on-time delivery with high quality.

• Troubleshoot onsite challenges during load-outs, transits, or installations, providing real-time engineering solutions.

• Ensure adherence to applicable rules (DNV-ST-N001, ISO, IMO etc.) , and client requirements.

任職資格：

• Engineering degree in naval architecture, Ocean Engineering, or equivalent.

• At least 10 years experience with marine transportation and installation sector.

• Expertise in engineering software (e.g., SESAM, AQWA, NAPA, GHS, MOSES, etc. ) engineering software tools for hydrostatic/hydrodynamic analysis.

• Fluent English – Conversation, Reading, Writing.

• Project management skills with understanding of technical interfaces and project finance management as well as experience in working on large scale projects in an international environment.

• Experience with proposal preparation.

• Knowledge of relevant DNV, European and American, international codes and offshore standards.

• Highly professional and credible presence during interactions with MWS, customers, authorities etc.

• Excellent networking skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers.

• Well organized and proactive, able to successfully work in a fast paced and competitive environment with diverse people – clients and colleagues.

• Willingness and ability to travel and driving license.

工作職責：

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the structural integrity, design, and analysis of heavy cargos and Vessels. Your expertise will ensure that structures withstand environmental loads, operational stresses, and installation forces while adhering to global industrial standards. You will lead/mentor junior engineers, and serve as technical contact for clients and stakeholders.

工作內容：

• Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and static/dynamic structural assessments for offshore structures, analyses for marine operations.

• Design and optimize loadout (loadin), lifting, and seafastening systems for heavy modules, ensuring structural stability during marine transportation.

• Evaluate environmental loads (waves, wind, currents) and their impact on structural integrity.

• Develop grillage, support systems and seafastenings on barges or vessels.

• Conduct fatigue assessments for long-term structural reliability if necessary.

• Monitor/Review/instruct junior’s work.
