交通運輸部部長劉偉7月21日在國新辦舉行的“高質量完成‘十四五’規劃”系列主題新聞發布會上表示，自駕成為跨區域出行的主流，平均每天約1.3億人次選擇自駕方式出行，占跨區域人員流動量的七成以上，全國約90%的縣級行政中心實現30分鐘上高速。（新華社）
