據悉，如果球隊奪金的話，兩人可以因此免服兵役。上屆杭州亞運會上，韓國隊在1/4決賽中70-84不敵中國男籃。
此前，李賢重和呂俊錫均入選了韓國男籃亞洲杯12人大名單。
