據消息人士稱，2023年10月27日和28日，革命聯軍在對果敢清水河的襲擊期間，與緬軍關系密切的商人昂覺敏（Aung Kyaw Myint）被射殺。
消息人士表示，當時昂覺敏正和緬軍下屬的民團在一起，被一顆子彈擊中頭部死亡。
昂覺敏是前軍政府頭目奈溫孫子擁有的Omini Focus公司董事，該公司為緬甸空軍進口軍用裝備，2021年緬軍發動軍事政變后昂覺敏不僅支持軍事政變，還通過社交平臺煽動對革命者的屠殺。
