8月28日，深圳交易集團掛牌一宗居住用地。
該宗宅地位于寶安新安街道A001-0219宗地，用地面積9997.8㎡，建筑面積54000㎡，起拍價20.8億元。根據出讓公告，本宗地住宅部分為普通商品住房，出讓宗地按照“價高者得”的原則確定競得人。
此外，A001-0219宗地商品房不限售價、沒有配建、不受“70/90”戶型政策限制。換句話說，深圳土拍重回“價格者得”，商品房銷售價格決定權回歸市場。
將以掛牌方式，擬2024年9月26日15時出讓。
