3月24日，中國—東盟自貿區3.0版特別聯委會以視頻方式舉行。中國、東盟十國主管部門和東盟秘書處官員出席會議。雙方積極推動解決自貿區3.0版升級議定書的剩余事項，同意盡快完成文本法律審核工作，為簽署議定書做好準備。
中國—東盟自貿區3.0版升級將全方位拓展雙方在新興領域互利合作，打造包容、現代、全面、互惠的自貿協定。
