- 雞蛋鍋中炒至凝固,盛出備用。
- 青菜碎鍋中炒兩下。
- 放入米飯、雞蛋、一把蝦皮,炒散
- 放入一勺醬油、適量食鹽、少許白胡椒粉,炒勻
