用了3年的萬能甜面團!脆皮腸面包!的做法
- 首先準備好所需食材
桶中倒入除了黃油和鹽以外的材料
- 慢速攪拌成團后轉中高速揉面
- 揉至可以拉出厚膜
- 加入軟化的黃油攪拌至黃油吸收,轉中高速揉面
- 揉至可以拉出較薄的手套膜
- 面團送入發酵箱28度發酵至2倍大小
- 直接將面團分割成6個揉圓放入烤盤中松弛15分鐘
- 取一個面團搟開
- 翻面,兩邊往中間折疊并捏緊
- 放入烤盤中
- 脆皮腸壓入面團中按壓緊實
- 送入發酵箱,36度發酵至2倍大,用手再次按壓烤腸,表面刷一層蛋液
- 擠上一層沙拉醬和番茄醬
