剛上市的新蒜薹清鮮脆嫩,
吃起來還有一點甜絲絲的,
搭配木耳、雞蛋,簡單一炒,

用料
食材:
蒜薹
250克
雞蛋
4個
干木耳
1把
蒜頭
2瓣
小米辣
2個
調味料:
生抽
1.5勺
蠔油
1勺
老抽
1茶匙
1茶匙
玉米淀粉
1茶匙
清水
小半碗
1勺=15ml
1茶匙=5ml
蒜薹這樣炒,鮮香入味!好吃又營養的做法
- 先來準備食材:
木耳泡好后清洗干凈,撕成小朵;
雞蛋4個打散;
蒜薹切成段;
蒜頭、小米辣切末備用
- 調味料的材料混合均勻?
這道菜好吃的關鍵就是這碗咸鮮十足的料汁哦!
- 鍋中倒入適量的油,油熱后倒入打散的蛋液,炒至雞蛋凝固,盛出備用
- 少許底油,把蒜末小米辣放入鍋中,煸炒出香味
- 然后把木耳、蒜薹放入鍋中翻炒,再沿著鍋邊倒入少許清水,加熱2-3分鐘。
- 把前面炒好的雞蛋放回鍋中
