2020年5月28日，十三屆全國(guó)人大三次會(huì)議表決通過了《中華人民共和國(guó)民法典》，于2021年1月1日起施行。《中華人民共和國(guó)民法典》共7編、1260條，各編依次為總則、物權(quán)、合同、人格權(quán)、婚姻家庭、繼承、侵權(quán)責(zé)任，以及附則。2025年5月是《中華人民共和國(guó)民法典》施行以來的第五個(gè)“民法典宣傳月”，民法典逐條都與我們的生活息息相關(guān)，下面我們就用圖解的方式一起來學(xué)習(xí)《中華人民共和國(guó)民法典》在生活中的具體案例吧！
