一、絲瓜雞蛋湯

【食材】嫩絲瓜2根、雞蛋2個、現(xiàn)成蝦丸8顆、馓子1把、姜末半勺

1、絲瓜削皮切滾刀塊，泡鹽水防黑

2、熱鍋涼油爆香姜末，絲瓜下鍋翻炒到微微出水

3、加足量開水，煮開后轉(zhuǎn)中小火咕嘟5分鐘

4、蝦丸入鍋煮到浮起，淋入打散的蛋液成蛋花

5、關(guān)火后撒馓子，加半勺鹽調(diào)味即可

這湯喝的就是個鮮靈勁兒！絲瓜自帶的黏液能清熱化痰，加上蝦丸的鮮甜和馓子的酥脆，喝一碗從頭到腳都舒坦。

二、香菇炒芹菜

【食材】香芹1把、香菇、瘦肉、蒜粒

1、芹菜摘去老葉切寸段，紅椒切細(xì)絲

2、先把瘦肉煸炒一下，再放入蒜粒炒香

3、然后蒜片爆香后下芹菜、香菇

4、芹菜變翠綠加生抽1勺、糖半勺翻勻

要說這芹菜真是中老年人的寶！香菇裹著芹菜的清香，紅椒添點顏色又提味，吃到最后連湯汁都要拌米飯刮干凈。

三、涼拌萵筍絲

【食材】萵筍1根、胡蘿卜半根、干辣椒3個

1、萵筍胡蘿卜切細(xì)絲，撒鹽腌10分鐘擠出水

2、干辣椒剪段，熱油澆出香味

3、蒜末+香醋2勺+糖1勺+香油半勺調(diào)成料汁

4、所有材料拌勻，撒上熟白芝麻
