南乳雞翅（空氣炸鍋）的做法

1. 雞翅用溫水和生粉10克抓洗干凈

1. 過幾次清水

1. 撈出后加入南乳、蠔油、生抽、生粉5克和清水10克，拌勻。

1. 抓拌均勻，腌制1-4小時。

1. 用不粘鍋煎焗，烤箱，或者空氣炸鍋都可以。

1. 我用空氣炸鍋，平鋪雞翅，180℃，15分鐘。

1. 第6分鐘后翻面

1. 翻面后是這樣子

1. 第12分鐘是這樣的
