近日，中國開展了打擊戰(zhàn)略礦產(chǎn)走私出口專項(xiàng)行動，近期還將組織一系列行動，而此前實(shí)施出口管制的中重稀土就包含在其中。此前美國研究機(jī)構(gòu)就發(fā)出過擔(dān)憂，中國的稀土管制使美國無力填補(bǔ)稀土缺口，畢竟當(dāng)下超九成的稀土都要由中國進(jìn)行冶煉加工。 (玉淵譚天)
