現在的火龍果特別便宜，我在里面加了一點，給它去掉頭部和尾部，然后從中間一切兩半，選用一半就可以，將外皮去掉，先切成小薄片，再給它改刀切成細條，最后切成小小的小丁狀備用。

拌勻以后再拿幾個冰激凌模具，將調好的酸奶水果糊放在里面，先不要給它鋪滿，底部鋪上一層再將冰棍放在上面，接著表面再淋入一層，把這個棍給它壓在中間，等全部填完以后，再把這個蓋給蓋上，之后放入冰箱冷凍一個小時就可以成型了。
