“不管男女，只要到了22周歲就分一套房”，山東一村為適齡青年免費分配100㎡樓房，16年來累計分了218套。 工作人員告訴記者，在南村社區，享受免費分配樓房需要具備兩個條件：一是必須是本村居民，二是現年滿22周歲的青年。據了解，除免費分配樓房外，南村的民生福利還有很多。比如村里60歲以上老人每年每人發放7000元生活補貼，其他居民發放4000元分紅。
