5月29日，合肥市住房保障和房產管理局發布了《關于購房補貼政策有關事項的通知》。其中提出，2025年5月15日起至2026年5月14日，凡在合肥市新購買新建商品住房的購房人或新購買新建車位(庫)的購置人，繼續按《關于進一步調整優化房地產政策措施的通知》實施購房補貼，購房補貼資金在取得不動產權證書后兌現
