對此，CBS記者Sam Quinn在社交媒體上對比了過去與現在的NBA各隊Logo，配文：“NBA各隊的Logo并排擺放時，確實很難不注意它們相似的地方，這種刻意追求同質化的行為，對籃球運動的多元性非常有害。我們不希望各隊都喪失個性淪為可以互相替代的流水線產品，我們都希望各隊都能保持鮮明的身份特質。”
