餡料調(diào)好以后,將醒好的面團(tuán)取出,揉至表面光滑,給它搓成長(zhǎng)條,分成大小均等的小劑子,表面撒一點(diǎn)干面粉,將它揉圓,按扁,搟成圓圓的餃子皮兒,取一張餃子皮放在手心,放入適量的槐花肉餡,將餃子皮對(duì)折,先捏緊中間部分,然后從中間向兩邊依次捏出褶皺,將餃子邊緣捏緊,防止煮制時(shí)漏餡。
全部包好以后,在開水鍋中加入一點(diǎn)食用鹽,將餃子放入里面,輕輕攪動(dòng)一下,開鍋以后淋入一點(diǎn)清水,再次開鍋煮兩分鐘,餃子完全浮起說明已經(jīng)煮熟,將它撈出控凈水分裝入盤中即可。
