2025年6月30日至7月11日，世界知識產權組織與西南政法大學將在重慶聯合主辦“高質量發展與知識產權保護”WIPO暑期學校，現面向全球招生。

一、主辦方基本信息

1.世界知識產權組織（WIPO）于1967年成立，是聯合國負責處理知識產權事務的專門機構，總部設在瑞士日內瓦。2014年，WIPO中國辦事處在北京成立。世界知識產權組織暑期學校旨在為學生和青年專業人員提供參加為期兩周的知識產權強化課程的機會，了解知識產權如何能夠作為工具促進可持續發展，以及世界知識產權組織在管理和提供全球知識產權服務方面所發揮的作用。

2.西南政法大學是新中國最早建立的高等政法學府，改革開放后國務院確定的全國首批重點大學，教育部和重慶市人民政府共建高校，入選國家首批卓越法律人才教育培養基地、首批國家級涉外法治研究基地、教育部首批涉外法治人才協同培養創新基地（培育）。西南政法大學知識產權學科的建設歷史悠久。早自1985，學校就在本科生中開設知識產權法課程；2014年，學校被最高人民法院授予“知識產權司法保護理論研究基地”；2020年，國家知識產權局在學校設立“國家知識產權戰略實施研究基地”；2022年，知識產權專業入選國家一流本科專業。知識產權專業在2023和2024年軟科中國大學專業排名連續被評為A+級，位列全國第一、第二名。

本次暑期學校已邀請來自世界知識產權組織、國家知識產權局等知識產權司法行政部門的專家，來自馬耳他大學、塞格德大學、清華大學、中國政法大學、華中科技大學等著名高校的知識產權法教授，以及企業、知名律所合伙人等實務領域知識產權法專家進行授課。圍繞專利、商標、版權、商業秘密、生成式人工智能等知識產權領域展開主題課程，和學員們分享知識產權保護的前沿問題。

課程安排

本次暑期學校除安排全英文課程之外，還將組織學員參觀重慶知識產權法庭、重慶市知識產權局等機構，與實務專家進行面對面交流。采用授課、實地走訪、討論等方式，讓學員們能夠全方面、多角度了解知識產權有關知識。
