張愛玲說：“中年以后的人常有這種寂寞之感，覺得睜開眼來，全是倚靠他的人，而沒有一個人是可以倚靠的，連一個可以商量的人都沒有。”

莊子說：“泉涸，魚相與處于陸，相呴以濕，相濡以沫，不如相忘于江湖。”

中年人的苦楚，大都源于用力過猛，面對重壓，不妨學學莊子的精神：適度“擺爛”。

中年人的困境：拼命奔跑，卻越跑越累

莊子說：“其耆欲深者，其天機淺。”

意思是，欲望越深，越容易失去生活的靈性與快樂。

我們總是被外界的標準裹挾，追求名利、地位、財富，卻忘了問問自己：這些真的是我想要的嗎？

電影《哪吒》中的申公豹是很多人意難平的一個角色。

申公豹只是一個普通的豹子精，沒有身份背景，為了拜入仙門，他拼命修煉，終于化成人形，被無量仙翁接入了玉虛宮，實現了階層跨越。

但是，作為全村的希望，光是個“仙”還遠遠不夠，他需要更高的地位，所以他又拼命幫無量仙翁“干黑活”，希望得到大師兄的看重。

莊子說：“鷦鷯巢于深林，不過一枝；偃鼠飲河，不過滿腹。”

小鳥在深林中筑巢，只需要一根樹枝；老鼠在河邊喝水，只需要喝飽肚子。

人生也是如此，我們真正需要的，其實并不多。

孩子出生時，父母寄予的期望不過是平安健康，快快樂樂地長大。只是，隨著孩子的長大，這樣的期望卻一點點變了形。

父母不再滿足于孩子健康快樂，更想要一個品學兼優、十項全能的超級孩子。

孩子不敢違背父母的期望，只能一刻不停地拼命學，直到將自己榨得干干凈凈，不得不躺下。

很多人一聽“擺爛”，就覺得是消極怠惰，是放棄努力。

可莊子認為，真正的“擺爛”，是看透生活，回歸本真的智慧，是蓄藏“節能”的藝術。

《瓦爾登湖》的作者亨利·戴維·梭羅，就是這樣一位藝術家，他不僅用“擺爛”修復了自己的心靈，更是收獲了一本經典著作。

1845年7月4日，梭羅在美國獨立日這一天，搬進了瓦爾登湖畔的森林，用28美元造了一座小木屋。

他在這里墾荒、種菜，偶爾出去打打零工，過起了自給自足的清閑日子。

每周他只需要工作6小時，其余時間全部用來閱讀、寫作和觀察自然，《瓦爾登湖》的初稿就是在這里完成的。

他以“主動隱居”的方式對抗工業革命初期美國社會對物質文明的狂熱追逐。

他用2年零2個月的湖畔獨居生活，向世人證明：遠離物質欲望的“擺爛”，回歸自然，不僅沒有與社會脫節，反倒實現了精神與物質的雙節能。

這與莊子的“安時處順，與天為一”不謀而合，皆是順應自然，與自然融為一體的“節能”思想。

生命不是永動機，節能方能長久。

學會在緊繃時松綁，在疲憊時休憩，才能積蓄能量走得更遠。

“少即是多”的智慧，恰是治愈這個時代的良方。
