炎炎夏日，大中小學的學生們迎來了歡樂而充實的暑期時光。不少學生外出旅游、參加研學活動、尋找實習機會等。然而，暑期也是水上安全、交通安全、網(wǎng)絡安全等問題的高發(fā)時段。為此，多位受訪人士為孩子們度過健康安全的暑期生活開出了“貼心處方”。

　　——防范溺水，關注水上安全。高溫天氣仍在持續(xù)，清涼的海邊、河畔成了消夏的好去處，游泳是夏日熱門運動之一。然而，據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計，我國每年有5.7萬人死于溺水，少年兒童溺水死亡人數(shù)占總數(shù)的56%，平均每天有88個孩子因溺水死亡。溺水已成為中小學生非正常死亡的“第一殺手”。

　　此前，教育部基礎教育司發(fā)文指出，汛期即將來臨，溺水事故進入高發(fā)期，多地先后發(fā)生學生溺亡事件，需進一步強化預防學生溺水工作，切實保障學生生命安全。

　　“溺水多發(fā)生在夏季的游泳場所、海邊、江河、湖泊、池塘等處。”天津海事局執(zhí)法人員陳云龍?zhí)嵝眩瑢W生在泳池游泳時，要確保掌握相關安全技能、做好熱身運動；孩子在開放水域玩水嬉戲時，家長也要時刻看護；在海上坐船時，必須穿上、扣好合格合適的救生衣。“如果發(fā)現(xiàn)溺水者，可立即尋求成人幫助、撥打110或120，同時向溺水者拋救生圈、泡沫板、救生繩等，但不要盲目下水施救。”陳云龍說。

　　——遵守交規(guī)，注意交通安全。業(yè)內(nèi)人士指出，部分青少年兒童的交通安全意識仍然不強，中小學校、學生家長需注重交通安全知識的普及教育。假期前夕，不少民警也走進課堂，對乘車、騎行等安全事項進行講授。

　　按照規(guī)定，駕駛自行車、三輪車必須年滿12周歲；駕駛電動自行車和殘疾人機動輪椅車必須年滿16周歲。天津市公安局紅橋分局民警提醒，騎行時要與大貨車保持2米以上的橫向距離，不要緊跟在大貨車后側。如遇極端天氣，要穿著醒目，避開廣告牌、變壓器、配電箱、高壓電線等危險物。

　　——避開“陷阱”，識別網(wǎng)絡詐騙。暑期時間較長，不少學生希望利用這段時間進行實習兼職。部分學生涉世未深，容易被誤導從事看似“低成本、回報快、利潤高”的“刷單”工作。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，6月26日至7月2日，刷單返利類詐騙占天津市電信網(wǎng)絡詐騙總發(fā)案數(shù)的20.27%，亟須予以警惕。

　　“一些不法分子會偽裝成中介或代理公司，打著刷信譽、刷銷量的旗號招聘兼職‘刷客’。”天津市公安局紅橋分局打擊犯罪偵查支隊九大隊副大隊長高思遠說，不法分子首先會給“應聘者”下發(fā)小額刷單任務，有時還會“按照約定”返還本金和傭金，為的就是“放長線釣大魚”，獲得信任后騙取錢財。

　　此外，高思遠表示，還有不法分子以網(wǎng)絡游戲“充值”“送裝備”為由在社交媒體誘導中小學生下載軟件、綁定支付終端，騙取學生及家長的財物；有的盜取社交媒體賬號后冒充學生“熟人”借款，或以“恢復征信”為名誘導學生交付“保證金”等等。

　　“網(wǎng)絡兼職刷單、刷信譽很可能是騙子設好的陷阱，學生們尤其要對需先行墊付資金的情形予以警惕，在轉賬前反復確認對方身份。”高思遠提示說，學校教師及家長要對孩子加強教育，提高其自我保護意識。同時，學生也應避免將自己的銀行卡、手機卡、手機號等提供給不明身份的人士，避免成為不法分子的“工具人”。
