6月26日，國家發展改革委政策研究室副主任李超表示，將于7月份下達今年第三批消費品以舊換新資金。
李超表示，將協調有關方面，堅持更加注重持續性和均衡性原則，分領域制定落實到每個月、每一周的國補資金使用計劃，保障消費品以舊換新政策全年有序實施。
