歲月如河流，奔涌向前，從不為誰停留。

有人在浪花里驚慌失措，有人卻能在波濤中閑庭信步。

羅曼?羅蘭說：“世上只有一種英雄主義，就是在認清生活真相之后依然熱愛生活。”

這份熱愛，離不開一顆從容之心，唯有以從容之心，方能渡過歲月的漫漫長河。

昨夜下了場雨，清晨出門，地面還濕漉漉的。樹葉上掛滿了露珠，被風一吹，輕輕搖晃。

有的露珠沒穩住，“啪嗒” 一聲落進草叢里；留下來的，就慢悠悠地掛在葉尖，像舍不得離開似的，一點一點地，享受著清晨的陽光。

這些露珠被風雨敲打后依然自在，倒讓我想起了蘇軾。

“竹杖芒鞋輕勝馬，誰怕？一蓑煙雨任平生……”

蘇軾一生宦海沉浮，多次被貶，卻始終保持從容豁達。

在黃州，他開墾東坡，種菜釀酒；在惠州，他品嘗荔枝，寫下 “日啖荔枝三百顆，不辭長作嶺南人”。他把苦難的日子，過成了詩意的篇章。

生活中，我們常常被焦慮裹挾。工作的壓力、生活的瑣碎，如同烏云，遮蔽了心靈的天空。

看到別人升職加薪，自己便急不可耐；瞧見他人家庭美滿，內心就充滿羨慕。

但其實，“人生最曼妙的風景，是內心的淡定與從容。”

從容，是不被外界的喧囂干擾，是專注于當下，是懂得欣賞自己走過的每一步路。

從容，是一種處事的智慧。面對挫折，不氣餒抱怨；遭遇成功，不驕傲自滿。

從容也是一種生活的態度，是在快節奏的時代里，依然能靜下心來，讀一本好書，品一盞香茗，看云卷云舒。

歲月漫長，我們無法預知前方的路是平坦，還是坎坷。但只要擁有從容之心，便能在風雨中撐起一把傘，在黑暗里點亮一盞燈。
