6月30日，由市住建局建設(shè)，交建集團(tuán)施工的北關(guān)街城市管網(wǎng)改造提升（一期）工程完工，道路恢復(fù)通行。該工程南起邢州大街，北至龍崗大街，全長1896米，分兩期實施，一期工程為鋪設(shè)雨污水管網(wǎng)、供熱管網(wǎng)、路面破除及恢復(fù)。二期將在道路兩側(cè)增設(shè)非機(jī)動車道和人行道。
