家常晚餐,28塊,共做了4道菜,吃著味道好還健康,葷素搭配,好消化腸胃舒服!
順時(shí)而食,不但腸胃舒服,身體也會(huì)很健康。以前家人無(wú)肉不歡,最近調(diào)整了飲食結(jié)構(gòu),飯桌上的青菜多了起來(lái),用兒子話說(shuō)色香味俱全了!
剛開(kāi)始我還擔(dān)心孩子們不愛(ài)吃,沒(méi)想到還挺受歡迎,并且我發(fā)現(xiàn)身體更好了,不上火了,也不愛(ài)鬧毛病。果然肉再好吃也不要放肆吃,葷素搭配才健康。就說(shuō)這頓晚餐吧,食材用到了蒜苔、螺絲椒、雞蛋、西蘭花、豬肉、豬脊骨,大約花了28塊左右,簡(jiǎn)單一搭配,最后吃個(gè)精光!
曬曬我家晚餐:辣椒雞蛋炒肉+蒜蓉西蘭花+蒜苔炒肉+鹵脊骨,主食是豆粽子和米飯。
今兒個(gè)的菜,肉用得少,也就是借借香味,大人孩子還都夸好吃。醬脊骨是中午做的,吃幾塊熱幾塊,方便又省事。其它三個(gè)菜十幾分鐘也都上桌了,總體來(lái)說(shuō)這頓晚餐做得很快,當(dāng)我一道道菜端上來(lái),寶爸直笑:我媳婦做飯咋這么快了?
辣椒雞蛋炒肉,營(yíng)養(yǎng)開(kāi)胃還下飯,說(shuō)的就是它,做法簡(jiǎn)單快手。
做法:
1,需要準(zhǔn)備的食材:螺絲椒1個(gè),雞蛋3個(gè),去皮肥瘦豬肉適量,蔥姜,鹽,醬油,植物油,料酒
2,把辣椒洗凈去籽,切成絲;豬肉切薄薄的片,雞蛋磕入碗里,用筷子打散
3,炒鍋里加植物油燒熱,倒入雞蛋液煎成塊,鏟出待用
4,鍋里加蔥姜和肉片炒變色,順鍋邊淋入少許料酒翻炒去腥,加醬油炒上顏色
5,倒入辣椒炒幾下,倒入雞蛋塊拌勻,加鹽調(diào)味,炒勻出鍋
蒜苔炒肉,春末夏初要常吃蒜苔,殺菌,對(duì)身體好。尤其用肉搭配,可下飯了!
做法:
1,需要準(zhǔn)備的食材:蒜苔,去皮肥瘦豬肉,姜末,料酒,醬油,鹽,植物油
2,蒜苔掰掉老莖和小尾巴,洗凈后切成段,豬肉切薄薄的片
3,炒鍋里加植物油燒熱,倒入蔥姜和肉片炒變色,淋料酒炒去腥味,加醬油炒上顏色
4,倒入蒜苔,中小火煸炒,如果發(fā)干,順鍋邊少淋點(diǎn)清水
5,加鹽調(diào)味,炒到蒜苔表面微皺,關(guān)火出鍋
