咱們北方吃燉菜比較多,肉菜一鍋出。比如我家3口人吃飯,有這一道就夠了。其實我更想說的是,這道豬肉豆腐燉粉條,雖然賣相不咋地,但真心好吃。尤其是連湯帶菜往米飯里一拌,香迷糊了!

【豬肉豆腐燉粉條】
需要準備的食材:帶皮五花肉1條,北豆腐1塊,寬紅薯粉條1把,蔥6段,姜4片,大蒜3瓣,八角2個,料酒2勺,五香粉小半勺,紅燒醬油適量,鹽1勺,植物油適量
詳細做法:
第一步,把食材準備好。豆腐切成厚片,豬肉切成微厚的片,紅薯粉條準備1把。再把大蔥斜刀切厚片,姜切片
第二步,炒鍋里加入植物油,放2個八角炸黃,倒入豬肉和姜片,煸炒至豬肉邊緣微黃吐油,再放蔥炒一會
第三步,讓鍋里的溫度升上來,順鍋邊淋入一些料酒,翻炒去腥,再放適量醬油炒上顏色。加五香粉翻炒三兩下

第四步,往鍋里多加點清水,加鹽調味
第五步,先把豆腐下鍋,再把粉條沖洗去灰塵,剪斷后下鍋。這時候鍋里的水量不能太少,以免后面糊鍋,且不要攪動。蓋上鍋蓋大火燒開,轉中小火燉10分鐘左右
