說起春天的豆子,當前最引人眼球的是鮮豌豆,是菜市場里最亮眼的一道風景線,又嫩又便宜。每次遇到合適的我都會拎回1大袋子,趁著春天的季節,抓住這一抹鮮嫩。把豆子剝出來,單留一些炒著吃,多出來的用水焯燙一下,過涼控去水,然后裝入保鮮袋里冷凍儲存,吃一年都不壞。
豌豆有啥營養,為啥春天要常吃?
豌豆被稱為“豆子中的翹楚”,遇到了趕緊沖!豌豆的蛋白質非常高,是蔬菜中的佼佼者,其中煮豌豆的蛋白質含量為8.9克/100克,鮮豌豆的蛋白質含量為7.4克/100克,春天常吃增強體質,提高免疫。

第二步,先把豬肉肥瘦分開,再分別切成丁。再把胡蘿卜切丁待用
第三步,煮鍋里加水燒開,加鹽入個底味,倒入豌豆和胡蘿卜丁,燒開后煮3分鐘至熟透,關火待用
第四步,炒鍋,加入少量植物油,倒入肥肉丁煸炒至微黃吐油,再倒入瘦肉丁、蔥姜末,中大火煸炒至瘦肉變色,順鍋邊淋入少許料酒翻炒去腥
