早餐一:玉米渣粥,黑胡椒土豆餅,拌雞蛋
有干有稀的搭配,吃著胃里舒服。這一頓早餐,一共做了4小張土豆餅,白煮蛋吃煩了,換了拌雞蛋,玉米渣粥滿滿一大碗,這些全都吃光。蛋白質+碳水+蔬菜,活力滿滿!
玉米渣粥。不知道從啥時候開始,上學娃喜歡上了玉米渣粥,他說比小米粥好喝,滑溜溜的吃著香。睡前我把粥用電飯煲做了預約,早起直接就能吃,溫度剛剛好。
做法:
1,玉米渣粥我做了2大碗,需要玉米渣2大把;
2,臨睡前,把玉米渣清洗后倒入電飯煲里,加水到食指第一指節線和第二指節線中間位置;
3,合攏飯煲,設置煮粥功能,再預約2-3小時以后開始工作。早起把粥攪勻即可。
拌雞蛋,說是拌雞蛋,其實就是把白煮蛋剝皮切后,淋上調味料,簡單快手,有滋有味,不容易吃煩。如果你家里有不愛吃白煮蛋的,可以試試這個方法。
做法:
1,睡前就把雞蛋煮好。煮鍋里加水燒到響邊,雞蛋洗干凈下鍋;
2,蓋上鍋蓋,轉最小火燒開鍋2分鐘,關火燜10分鐘(現吃即可撈出)。如果第二天吃,關火就不用管它了;
3,早起的時候,撈出雞蛋,剝皮后切成塊碼入盤子里,我只用了一個雞蛋。淋上生抽和香油即可開吃,香油稍微多淋點,滋味香。
黑胡椒土豆餅,這次沒像之前那樣又放胡蘿卜又放蔥花的,直接就是黑胡椒味的土豆餅,上學娃說比以前更好吃,放學回來還問有沒有,我答應他第二天還做。
做法:
1,準備1個稍小點的土豆,雞蛋1個,黑胡椒碎,鹽,植物油;
2,把土豆去皮洗凈,擦成絲入盆,加鹽和黑胡椒碎拌勻;
3,打入1個雞蛋拌勻,攪入適量面粉呈粘稠狀,無需加水;
4,電餅鐺里稍微多加點植物油預熱,土豆絲糊做小餅,放入餅鐺里上下火煎至,等一面金黃,再煎另一面。為了有微酥的表皮,我特意多煎了一會,很好吃。
早餐二:熱牛奶,雞蛋飯團
這一頓早餐是隱形的營養,牛奶看得見的不說,咱就說飯團,燜飯的時候光用米就兩種。此外做餡的食材是雞蛋和生菜,可以說這一份早餐做法簡單還營養高,好吃還不膩,最主要的是深得孩子們的喜愛,我家孩子可是連吃了2頓呢!
飯團的做法:
燜飯食材:大米1小碗,黑米1大把,清水
做餡的食材:白煮蛋,生菜,香甜沙拉醬
拌飯的調料:壽司醋,拌飯海苔
