滇池綠道東風壩附近，一座令人矚目的水上浮橋正在建設中。它將連接東風壩東西兩岸，并為草海航道船只提供通行便利。
這座長486米的開合浮橋，設計獨特、功能齊全，建成后將成為滇池上的一道亮麗風景線。浮橋建設進展順利，預計9月30日完工 。
