7月3日，貴州畢節一男孩在河里游泳時被卷入危險的滾筒水壩，難以脫困。附近村民馮先生發現后，立即用長竹竿將男孩救起。馮先生表示，滾筒壩非常危險，一旦卷入很難逃生。他坦言，作為父母，看到孩子獲救時自己激動落淚。當時沒想自身安危，只想著救人。如果救不上來，我會非常內疚。馮先生認為見義勇為是應該的。
