此前阿爾卡拉斯已經(jīng)連續(xù)贏得兩屆溫網(wǎng)男子單打冠軍，現(xiàn)在他已經(jīng)連續(xù)三年打進(jìn)了溫網(wǎng)男單四強(qiáng)，而他實(shí)現(xiàn)這一點(diǎn)時(shí)的年齡只有22歲56天。
自從進(jìn)入公開(kāi)賽時(shí)代以來(lái)，阿爾卡拉斯也是連續(xù)三年打進(jìn)溫網(wǎng)男單四強(qiáng)第三年輕的球員，僅比1976年至1978年的比約-博格以及2006年至2008年的納達(dá)爾(兩人均為22歲20天)更年長(zhǎng)。
