7月11日，新疆交建（002941）發布公告，副總經理王勇因工作調整向公司董事會提交辭去副總經理職務的離任報告，該報告自送達董事會之日起生效。王勇離任后仍將在公司擔任其他職務。王勇在離任時未持有公司股份，也不存在未履行的承諾事項。
2025年一季度，新疆交建實現收入4.35億元，歸母凈利潤-741萬元。
