人民財訊7月11日電，2025年7月10日，在中埃兩國領導人共同見證下，國家發展改革委副主任劉蘇社與埃及環境部負責人簽署了《中華人民共和國國家發展和改革委員會與阿拉伯埃及共和國環境部關于綠色低碳發展合作的諒解備忘錄》。雙方將在生態文明建設、應對氣候變化、節能和提高能效、循環經濟等領域加強交流合作，促進可持續發展。
