現年58歲的海航集團有限公司（下稱“海航”）原首席執行官ADAM TAN(美籍華人，中文名：譚向東)，被海口市中級人民法院（下稱“海口中院”）判犯有背信損害上市公司利益罪、騙取貸款罪、職務侵占罪，三罪并罰，共處有期徒刑6年。
2025年7月21日，海口中院一位負責人向經濟觀察報記者介紹了這一情況。其同時表示，對于這一判罰結果，譚向東目前還未有表態是否會上訴。（經濟觀察報）
