總臺記者獲悉，消息人士稱，俄羅斯代表團已于莫斯科時間7月23日午間從莫斯科飛往伊斯坦布爾，預計當天將與烏克蘭代表團舉行會談。
烏克蘭國家總統網站當地時間23日公布，烏克蘭總統澤連斯基已批準組建烏克蘭代表團，該代表團將參與同烏克蘭國際伙伴及俄羅斯代表就實現公正且可持續和平舉行的談判。（總臺記者 王新俊）
