據央視新聞消息，當地時間23日，美國總統特朗普表示，將對世界其他大部分國家征收15%至50%的簡單關稅。
特朗普還說，美國正在與歐盟進行認真談判，如果他們同意向美國企業開放，美國將允許他們支付較低的關稅。（央視記者 許驍）
