據(jù)央視新聞消息，當?shù)貢r間23日，美國總統(tǒng)特朗普表示，將對世界其他大部分國家征收15%至50%的簡單關稅。
特朗普還說，美國正在與歐盟進行認真談判，如果他們同意向美國企業(yè)開放，美國將允許他們支付較低的關稅。
