航運界網(wǎng)消息，在被排除在巴西大規(guī)模碼頭競拍之后，馬士基旗下馬士基碼頭公司(APM Terminals)對巴西國家水運局（Antaq）提起訴訟。據(jù)悉，巴西法官目前已經(jīng)駁回了馬士基的訴訟請求。
具體而言，航運界網(wǎng)曾跟蹤報道，在最受關(guān)注的桑托斯港最大集裝箱碼頭Tecon Santos 10招標中，包括對港口綜合體內(nèi)現(xiàn)有碼頭運營商的限制。馬士基對巴西國家水運局提起訴訟就是為了挑戰(zhàn)這一限制政策。
桑托斯港Tecon Santos 10集裝箱碼頭的競拍備受關(guān)注，這一過程已經(jīng)討論了十多年。
