尊敬的老師，親愛的同學(xué)們：

Dear teachers and classmates：

大家上午好！我們是801班的王麒霽和王圣潔。今天我們演講的主題是“讓我們充滿陽光”。

Good morning, teachers and classmates, we are Wang Qiji and Wang Shenjie from class 801. The topic of our speech today is “Be positive.”

萬物皆有裂縫，那是陽光照進(jìn)來的地方。陽光，自然界最溫暖的禮物，它溫暖大地，也溫暖我們的心，在生活中，我們常常會(huì)發(fā)感到困擾，但如果我們學(xué)會(huì)將心靈的窗戶打開，讓陽光灑進(jìn)來，一切都會(huì)變得明朗而美好。

There are cracks in everything, and that’s where the sun shines in.Sunshine, the nature’s warmest gift. It warms the earth and our hearts. In our life, we often feel confused, but if we learn to open the windows of our hearts and let the sunshine come in, everything will become bright and beautiful.

我們正值青春，這是一個(gè)朝氣蓬勃，充滿活力的時(shí)期，也是從幼稚走向成熟的過渡期，在這樣的人生階段里，你是否會(huì)被某些困難壓得喘不過氣?是否會(huì)有不被理解的痛苦?是否會(huì)因一次次的失敗感到自卑?其實(shí)，在成長的過程中出現(xiàn)這樣那樣的心理情緒都是正常的，它只是我們心靈的一個(gè)個(gè)小“窗口”，它是迎接陽光的機(jī)遇。問題的關(guān)鍵在于要學(xué)會(huì)用陽光心態(tài)去面對。

We are in our youth, this is a period of vigor and vitality. In such a stage of life, will you be defeated by the difficulties? Will you have the pain of not being understood? Will you feel frustrated because of repeated failures?

什么是陽光心態(tài)呢?就是知足、感恩、達(dá)觀、進(jìn)取的心理狀態(tài)。知足常樂，不要總?cè)ビ?jì)較自己缺少什么，多想一下自己擁有什么，學(xué)會(huì)知足，同時(shí)，你也會(huì)快樂起來。失去與擁有是生活的常態(tài)，我們要學(xué)會(huì)面對失去的痛苦，珍惜擁有的喜悅。只有這樣，我們才能更好地把握人生的方向，讓生活充滿陽光和希望，有動(dòng)力邁向新的荊棘。

What is the positive mood? It is a state of satisfaction, gratitude, and progress. Don’t always worry about what you don’t have, think more about what you have, and learn to be pleased with your life.

苦難中開出鮮花，學(xué)會(huì)感恩，感恩身邊的所有。生命中的每一次經(jīng)歷都是一種財(cái)富，無論成功還是挫折，都是我們成長的催化劑。用感恩的心態(tài)對待生活，會(huì)讓我們更加珍惜擁有的一切，讓那陽光穿破云霄，滋養(yǎng)每一朵努力綻放的鮮花。

The flowers bloom in suffering, so learn to be grateful for all around you. Every experience in life is a treasure. Whether it is success or setback, it is a encouragement for our growth.

心懷暖陽，自有陽光入懷。做最好的自己，需要淡然豁達(dá)的胸懷，讓自己不懼風(fēng)雨無畏狂瀾。在這個(gè)風(fēng)華正茂的年紀(jì)，我們應(yīng)該去追逐太陽，去發(fā)光發(fā)熱，我們不一定要逆風(fēng)翻盤，但一定要向陽而生。走過黯淡無光的黑夜，才能看到黎明。我們無比慶幸此刻年少，青春正燃燒。人生就是一個(gè)磨練的過程，在陽光下燦爛，在風(fēng)雨中奔跑，在淚水中成長。

With the warm sunshine in your heart, you will get more sunshine. If you want to be the best one of yourself, you need to be hard-working and open-minded, so that you are not afraid of wind and rain. In this best age, we should chase the sun and the sunshine.

一個(gè)人真正值得炫耀的東西，是自立，是堅(jiān)持，是勇敢向陽而生。不是所有的鮮花，都盛開在春天；不是所有的河流，都流向大海；鮮花盛開在四季，河流流向八方，只要向陽而生，永不停息，山海皆可平、無處不風(fēng)景。

Not all flowers bloom in spring; Not all rivers flow to the sea; Flowers bloom in all seasons. Rivers flow in all directions. As long as they are born to the sun, and never stop, mountains and seas can be flat and we can see more scenery.
