iQOO Z10手機的安兔兔跑分成績被曝光，為765324分。預測新機搭載的芯片預計為驍龍7s Gen3，這一芯片采用4nm工藝，8核架構，集成Adreno 810 GPU。而在閃存性能方面，屬于UFS 2.2存儲級別。
iQOO Z10最大的亮點是其配備的7300mAh超大容量電池，機身厚度僅為7.89mm，重量199g，支持90W快充。
驍龍7s Gen3配合7300mAh的大電池，再加以不到200g的重量，結合驍龍7s Gen3的省電芯片，很顯然iQOO Z10將以“輕薄”和“長續(xù)航”為主打賣點。
