法工作計劃。
一、衛生行政處罰程序（修訂）
二、醫師資格考試暫行辦法（修訂）
三、醫療機構藥事管理辦法
四、醫療監督管理辦法
此外，做好新修訂的法律和行政法規配套規章的研究修訂工作。
