根據(jù)《規(guī)章制定程序條例》有關規(guī)定，現(xiàn)公布國家衛(wèi)生健康委2025年度部門規(guī)章立
法工作計劃。
一、衛(wèi)生行政處罰程序（修訂）
二、醫(yī)師資格考試暫行辦法（修訂）
三、醫(yī)療機構藥事管理辦法
四、醫(yī)療監(jiān)督管理辦法
此外，做好新修訂的法律和行政法規(guī)配套規(guī)章的研究修訂工作。
