- 蛋黃加糖攪勻再加入淡奶油牛奶煉乳攪勻
- 過篩一兩次 一定要過篩這樣口感好
- 蛋塔皮提前拿出來解凍至軟 過篩好的蛋撻液倒入 八九分滿 喜歡吃蔓越莓干就加一點
