香菇土豆肉沫拌飯的做法

1. 先調(diào)一碗醬汁：蠔油1勺

1. 生抽2勺

1. 鹽1勺

1. 淀粉1勺，清水100ml拌勻

1. 熱鍋熱油倒入大蔥姜片爆出香味

1. 加入肉沫 15ml料酒，炒到肉沫變色
