蒜蓉豆豉排骨煲的做法
- 姜,蒜,處理好了
- 蒜蓉,豆豉和蔥白,淋上熱油。今天做忘記買蔥了,用了點洋蔥切小丁代替。
- 排骨切小塊,洗干凈
- 用鹽,生抽,白糖,蠔油和淀粉拌勻
- 把豆豉蒜蓉蔥白倒進來,拌勻備用
- 腌制15分鐘
- 砂鍋加入油,加熱放入姜蒜,翻炒片刻
- 加入洋蔥翻炒10秒
- 把排骨平鋪在上面
- 加蓋燜8分鐘。鍋邊淋上料酒
