豆腐大家都熟悉,是用黃豆做出來的,營養(yǎng)價(jià)值可豐富啦,大家都覺得它是保健的好東西。豆腐又軟又嫩,容易被消化,蛋白質(zhì)也多,還能預(yù)防心腦血管病,特別適合老年人吃。但是豆腐可不能吃太多,因?yàn)榈鞍踪|(zhì)太多會給肝臟增加負(fù)擔(dān)。所以咱們吃豆腐的時(shí)候常常會搭配著其他食物一起,比如說豆腐和雞蛋搭配,那可真是絕配。蛋黃里有維生素 D 呢,能讓人更好地吸收豆腐里的鈣,這可真是兩全其美呀。今天我要用這豆腐和雞蛋,給大伙分享一道既簡單又美味的家常菜,大家一起來看一看吧。
先準(zhǔn)備一塊兒鹵水豆腐,橫豎都給它切上幾刀,最后改刀切成骰子塊。接著再準(zhǔn)備幾根小蔥,切點(diǎn)綠蔥花留著備用。然后拿三個(gè)雞蛋打到碗里,把它攪散。
隨后在鍋里倒點(diǎn)食用油,等油熱了,把豆腐放進(jìn)去攤平,調(diào)到最大火,先不要攪動,等把豆腐煎到底部金黃定型了,在給它翻個(gè)面再煎一下另一面。最后全都煎到四面金黃就行。
接下來往里面倒點(diǎn)蝦皮兒,翻炒均勻,然后調(diào)到最小火,再把打好的雞蛋液淋在上面,加少許食用鹽,扣上蓋子,讓雞蛋液凝固。
大概一分鐘后,打開蓋子給它翻個(gè)面,再煎 30 秒。等雞蛋液完全凝固以后,把它倒出來裝進(jìn)盤子里,表面淋上一點(diǎn)綠蔥花點(diǎn)綴一下。
