會議背景

2023年和2024年12月，由中山大學與南方海洋科學與工程廣東省實驗室(珠海)共同主辦，中山大學海洋科學學院承辦的第一屆、第二屆中山大學海洋系統科學開放年會在珠海校區舉行，來自多個國家(地區)高校、科研單位的專家學者、學生代表和企業代表相聚珠海，圍繞海洋系統科學領域前沿科學問題進行研討。為秉承優良傳統，加強海洋科技創新，促進海洋研究各系統、各單位和各專業的國際合作與交流，推動海洋科學研究發展，第三屆中山大學海洋系統科學開放年會擬于2025年10月17-20日在中山大學珠海校區召開，由中山大學與南方海洋科學與工程廣東省實驗室（珠海）共同主辦，中山大學海洋科學學院承辦，期待從事與海洋科學有關的各專業機構和人員聚首珠海，共同推動海洋科研事業的發展。

各主題下分設專題，每個專題由2~4位專家召集。會議專題設置采用科學家自由申請，大會學術委員會綜合確定的原則。歡迎海洋科學各領域的專家聯系會議秘書處、提出專題建議并擔任召集人。專題召集人需承擔各專題的學術組織工作。會議專題設置將在會議第二號通知中公布。征集會議專題、召集人的截止時間為2025年6月30號。

Conference Background

In December 2023 and 2024, the 1st and 2nd Annual Conference of Marine System Science of Sun Yat-sen University were successfully held at the Zhuhai Campus of Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU), co-hosted by SYSU and the Southern Marine Science and Engineering Guangdong Laboratory (Zhuhai) and organized by the School of Marine Sciences, SYSU. Scholars, student representatives, and industry professionals from universities and research institutions across multiple countries and regions gathered in Zhuhai to discuss cutting-edge scientific issues in marine system science. To uphold this tradition, strengthen marine technological innovation, promote international collaboration and interdisciplinary exchanges, and advance marine scientific research, the3rd Annual Conference of Marine System Science of Sun Yat-sen Universitywill be held fromOctober 17–20, 2025, at the Zhuhai Campus of SYSU. The conference is jointly organized by SYSU and the Southern Marine Science and Engineering Guangdong Laboratory (Zhuhai). We warmly welcome institutions and individuals engaged in marine science to join us in Zhuhai and collectively drive the development of marine research.

The finalized session list will be announced in the Second Announcement.Deadline for session proposals and convener applications: June 30, 2025.
