- 肉沫里加一勺生抽
- 一小勺淀粉調(diào)勻腌制十分鐘
- 豇豆洗凈切小粒
- 鍋中一點(diǎn)油,熱油下鍋,把肉炒熟炒到變色后撈出
- 留一點(diǎn)底油,加入蒜瓣爆炒出香味
- 倒入豇豆粒炒熟炒出香味
- 加入肉沫翻炒1分鐘,此時(shí)嘗嘗味道,可以加入兩三勺生抽調(diào)味
- 再加一勺老抽上上色
- 一勺淀粉 小半碗清水調(diào)勻,勾點(diǎn)芡汁吃起來更好吃
