財聯(lián)社6月10日電，截至2025年6月10日，今年土儲專項債新發(fā)規(guī)模已達1083.48億元，涉及442個項目、24只專項債。關(guān)于土儲專項債資金用途占比，今年新發(fā)行專項債資金用途中，"土地儲備"現(xiàn)占比達7.75%。相對而言目前該用途占比不算高，下一階段或還有一定提升空間。業(yè)內(nèi)人士認為，土地儲備專項債券發(fā)行加速，是地方財政通過發(fā)行專項債提升地塊流動性、推動房地產(chǎn)市場企穩(wěn)回暖的關(guān)鍵抓手。 (21財經(jīng))
