6月18日，中國人民銀行副行長、國家外匯局局長朱鶴新在2025陸家嘴論壇上表示，國家外匯局將在自貿試驗區實施一攬子外匯創新政策。包括優化新型國際貿易結算、擴大合格境外有限合伙人（QFLP）試點等10項便利化政策，積極支持自由貿易試驗區提升戰略。
