2025年6月17日18時50分，安陽交警北關大隊執勤民警在中華路北段巡邏時發現一輛小型普通客車車內人頭攢動，存在超員嫌疑，民警隨即攔停檢查。 經核查，該車核載5人，實載6人，超員20％。
民警現場對乘坐人員進行了教育，依法對駕駛人楊某處以罰款200元、駕駛證記3分。
